Do you have a mail order catalog or store? TOP
I bought a design before and now it looks different? TOP
When I make a cane, I get 400 to 500 beads. When these run out they are gone forever. If I remake the cane, it will always be a little different. I mix colors myself and it is very hard to match the colors, especially reds. There will also be some variation and distortion within the beads of each cane. It is very hard to stretch the cane and not have some distortion. This is what make them "one of a kind".
How do you paint those tiny designs on each bead? TOP
No paints are involved. My beads and canes are made from colored polymer clay. The same clay you can purchase in 2 oz. packages at your local craft store. The technique is called millefiori. I use tiny strips of clay (that have been run through a pasta machine), and build the design from the inside out. the building of this cane can take anywhere from one hour to 6 hours depending on the detail. The cane is then reduced, cut and baked. I make the beads and canes myself from start to finish.
Do you take custom orders? TOP
Yes, but there is usually a long wait. I have quite a list going at all times. Because I get such a large number of beads, I also have to determine if it is worth making. I do not make school logos or mascots, disney characters or any other design that may have a copyright.

Do you ship internationally? TOP
International Buyers – Please Note: • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
What if I need a larger quanity then you have available? TOP
Please contact me. Sometimes I have more cane and can make up more beads for you.
What if I only want one or two beads? TOP
I only sell my beads by the dozen.
How do you ship your orders? TOP
I ship USPS first class in a bubble envelope for the beads, canes and slices. Large orders will be mailed in a USPS priority box. Orders will generally be shipped through PayPal shipping with a delivery confirmation number. Insurance is not included but is highly recommended. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Do you have a return policy? TOP
I hope you love the items we created, but if you are not 100% happy with your order, we will gladly take your returns. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will give you return instructions. Returns are required to have delivery confirmation. I will refund you for the full item cost, after receiving your return items, but shipping cost is not refundable.
Which direction will the beads be drilled? TOP
I don't drill beads until you order and pay. During checkout, it will ask you which direction you would like them drilled. Vertical, Horizontal or 1/2 and 1/2.
What if my beads start to get dirty? TOP
You can clean the polymer beads with a damp cloth and mild hand soap.
How durable are the beads? TOP
Polymer clay beads are very strong, but they still need to be handled with care. They can chip and break if abused.
Can I use these beads for children's jewelry? TOP
Do you sell raw, uncured canes? TOP
Not at this time. I use all my cane to replenish my beads and nail canes.
When a bead has a word on it, will it be printed on both sides? TOP
The words are not printed on, they are built in clay. The design goes all the way through the cane, so when you turn the bead over- it will actually have the word backwards on the other side.
